Since the founding of our firm in 1890, our partners have striven to obtain justice for victims of negligence and wrongdoing.
Francis Hare was one of the first attorneys in the country to commit his practice to representing the rights of injured individuals. His innovative approach was driven by a genuine sensitivity for each client’s personal loss, coupled with a unique ability to present their case with clarity and force. Over the course of his 57-year legal career, Mr. Hare’s contributions to the practice of civil litigation shaped not only the future of our firm, but the future of personal injury law and plaintiff advocacy in the United States.
Since Mr. Hare’s passing, our firm has continued his legacy of fighting for justice.
Today, Hare Wynn continues to represent injured individuals across Alabama and throughout the United States. Our lawyers collectively have hundreds of years of legal experience, have recovered billions of dollars for our clients, and have forced changes in corporate and medical practices that helped prevent future injuries. Hare Wynn is willing to take on challenging cases that many other firms won’t handle.
