Most of Ashley’s practice has focused on medical malpractice cases, where she represents individuals and families affected by life-altering negligence. Her approach is both strategic and compassionate—understanding that behind every case is a person whose life has been changed forever.
Ashley has tried countless jury trials and has conducted jury selection in every case she has tried.
Ashley frequently shares her trial advocacy knowledge through speaking engagements and as an adjunct professor at Cumberland School of Law, where she helps prepare the next generation of trial lawyers.
Ashley is member of the America Board of Trial Advocates which requires members to have significant courtroom experience and exhibit the virtues of civility, integrity and professionalism.
