Lawyers Helping People Since 1890
It’s fair to say that most law firm “About Us” pages are nothing more than monuments to their collective egos, often never getting to the point of how they can help you.
The way we see it though, in order to demonstrate what we bring to the table, we need to let you know a little bit about what we’ve done. The highlights of how we have helped clients and the results we have helped secure for them demonstrate a pattern of success. And that pattern is affirmed by numerous verdicts, settlements, national organizations, publications and our peers.
Winning Since 1890
Hare Wynn is in its second century of representing plaintiffs. All those years of experience may help explain why, in an era of vanishing jury trials, we continue to win significant jury verdicts for our clients. It makes sense that the longer you do something, the better you get. Representing Plaintiffs is all we do, and, collectively, we have centuries of experience in and out of the courtroom.
We Unlevel the Playing Field
Hare Wynn’s individual and collective skill in the courtroom is a highly potent factor for our clients. We argue cases to juries in rural Arkansas, appeals to the United States Supreme Court and everywhere in between. In fact, in 2010, ninety percent of Hare Wynn’s lawyers were involved in jury trials. The verdicts from those trials exceeded $100 million. Examples include:
- Schafer v. Bayer CropScience – $47.9 million – genetically modified rice
- Polston v. Ford Motor Company – $19.1 million – product liability
- Golden v. Jalisco Restaurant – $37.5 million – dram shop wrongful death
- Davis v. BMCE – $3.2 million – medical negligence wrongful death
- Rush v. Kendrick – $40.25 million – wrongful death
Most recently, the firm was recognized as one of the top plaintiff’s firms in the United States with a listing on the National Law Journal’s Plaintiffs’ Hot List.
The Same Intensity for Every Case
Some cases are larger than others, but they all get the same level of commitment from us. Whether business litigation, product liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, aviation accidents or medical negligence, once we decide to take the case, we pursue a successful outcome with the same high level of intensity.
