In 2009, Wellspring Hospice Solutions, a small consulting business, brought a lawsuit against a large hospice company alleging a breach of a management contract. After the lawsuit stalled for more than five years, Wellspring relieved its original legal team and hired Hare Wynn to move the case forward. The result was a $995,000 settlement without a trial in less than a year.
