Hare, Wynn, Newell and Newton, LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Karen Puccio has been selected as a member of the Birmingham Bar Association’s 2017 Future Leaders Forum. The Forum seeks to cultivate leaders from among a group of motivated attorneys who have been in practice for 3-7 years. Recognizing a need for leadership identification and development among Birmingham’s young attorneys, a group of Birmingham Bar Association leaders organized the first Forum class in 2009. Since that time, the Forum has emerged as one of the premiere leadership and professional development experiences for lawyers in their early years of practice.

A native of Centerville, Ala., Karen joined Hare Wynn as a staff attorney earlier this year. Her practice is devoted to assisting and representing individuals in personal injury and mass tort litigation. Karen plays a prominent role in Mass Tort cases at Hare Wynn, serving as part of the team involved in the metal-on-metal hip replacement cases involving DePuy Orthopedics and Stryker Rejuvenate. She has also been instrumental on the MDL work for the Bard and Cook IVC filter cases.
