Hare, Sr. helped found what is now known as the Alabama Association for Justice and served as its second president from 1954-1955. Since that time, seven other firm members have served as president of the organization:

Hare Wynn’s Mike Ermert is ALAJ’s incoming Second Vice President and firm members routinely participate in seminars and continuing education initiatives provided by ALAJ.
