Jim Pratt Successfully Mediates Jefferson County Occupational Tax Battle

Hare Wynn’s Jim Pratt was successful in achieving an agreement in the three-year battle regarding Jefferson County’s occupational tax. Pratt, president-elect of the Alabama State Bar, offered his services as mediator for free as part of an ongoing initiative by the state bar. The agreement was reached in one week.
