Hare Wynn Partners Named to ’40 and Under Hot List’ by Benchmark Litigation 2018

Hare, Wynn, Newell & Newton; LLP congratulates two partners who have been named ’40 and Under Hot List’ in their markets by Benchmark Litigation.

Benchmark Litigation is the only attorney ranking publication in the United States to focus exclusively on litigation. The ’40 and Under Hot List’ recognition honors practitioners, all aged 40 or younger, who have been deemed the most promising emerging talent in their respective litigation communities in the US and Canadian by peers and clients.

In its second century of practice, Hare Wynn is one of the top class action law firms in the country. Hare Wynn’s success has come as a result of the unique opportunity its attorneys have had to become both experienced and successful trial lawyers, as well as legal tacticians. Whether arguing to a jury in a rural county in Arkansas or to the United States Supreme Court, Hare Wynn’s lawyers have a proven track record of success for their clients.

The Hare Wynn attorneys recognized include:

  • Hughston Nichols – Hughston began his legal career at Hare Wynn after graduating from the University Of Alabama School Of Law in 2006, and made a partner in 2014. Hughston represents plaintiffs in matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, truck and automobile accidents, and breach of contract litigation. He has been involved in numerous successful cases, including obtaining a multi-million dollar settlement stemming from the death of a nine-year-old boy. In addition to representing individuals, Hughston also represents small businesses in contractual disputes.
  • Brian Vines – Brian has represented individuals, small business, states, and Fortune 100 companies in a broad range of litigation. Brian focuses on nursing home abuse and neglect cases, serious personal injury cases, qui tam cases and complex litigation. Brian has been practicing law since 2007, and he joined Hare Wynn in 2011 after working at one of the largest law firms in the southeast. Brian graduated from Auburn University summa cum laude with a degree in civil engineering and spent time in San Francisco working for one of the world’s largest oil companies. After graduating from law school at the University of Virginia, Brian served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William H. Pryor Jr. on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
