Hare, Wynn, Newell & Newton Partner Named to “40 and Under Hot List” by Benchmark Litigation

Hare, Wynn, Newell & Newton congratulates its youngest partner, Hughston Nichols, who has been named to the “40 and Under Hot List” by Benchmark Litigation.

Hughston began his legal career at Hare, Wynn, Newell & Newton after graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2006, and made a partner in 2014. Hughston represents plaintiffs in matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, truck and automobile accidents, and breach of contract litigation. He has been involved in numerous successful cases, including obtaining a multi-million dollar settlement stemming from the death of a nine-year-old boy. In addition to representing individuals, Hughston also represents small businesses in contractual disputes.
