Virginia joined Hare Wynn in 2014. Her areas of practice are Mass Torts and Personal Injury. Always a fan of the underdog, Virginia chose these areas, in part, because they allowed her to help plaintiffs take on powerful corporations.
Her decision to join Hare Wynn was driven by the firm’s reputation for total focus on their clients and for the firm’s high professional standards and congeniality.
Virginia attended Cumberland School of Law, where she was awarded their Presidential Scholarship. While in law school, Virginia clerked for the District Attorney in Alabama’s 9th Judicial Circuit.
Virginia works primarily on pharmaceutical Mass Tort cases, including In re Xarelto Litigation in the Eastern District of Louisiana (MDL 2592). She also assists in the representation of corn farmers from across the country in In Re Syngenta AG MIR162 Corn Litigation (MDL 2591).
In her spare time, Virginia enjoys traveling. She is especially fond of locations of historic significance, Warm Springs, Georgia, is one of her favorite destinations.
