Alabama Supreme Court Rules Against Scrushy

The Alabama Supreme Court has denied Richard Scrushy’s Application for Rehearing and issued its final judgment affirming the $2.87 billion civil judgment against Mr. Scrushy. Today’s unanimous ruling marks the end of possible appeals for Richard Scrushy in the Alabama state court system with regard to this civil judgment.
