Hare Wynn Continues Fight for Poultry Producers

Hare, Wynn continues to prosecute claims on behalf of 107 chicken farmers, against poultry giant, Pilgrim's Pride. After making long term promises to these chicken farmers, Pilgrim's closed certain facilities and later filed bankruptcy.
Several hundred million dollars has been paid for a portion of the assets of Pilgrim's Pride, and they will apparently continue to operate as usual, leaving these farmers without income. HWNN is fighting for the rights of the farmers who are left with significant debt, incurred on behalf of Pilgrim's Pride, which was used to build hundreds of chicken houses so as to facilitate the raising of Pilgrim's Pride chickens.
