Jason Earley is the Managing Partner of Hare Wynn’s Little Rock office. Jason is involved in all aspects of the firm’s Arkansas personal injury practice, which allows him to help people injured by automobile accidents, defective drugs and medical devices, and unreasonably dangerous work place machinery and equipment.
In addition to his work in Arkansas, Jason also serves on Hare Wynn’s complex litigation team, which handles class and mass actions throughout the United States. He represents farmers throughout the nation as part of the lead counsel trial team in the federal multi-district litigation In Re Syngenta GMO Corn Litigation MDL No. 2591. He also serves as co-lead counsel in a class action filed on behalf of Arkansas accident victims who have been further victimized by the deceptive billing practices of a national hospital chain.
Jason graduated with honors from Lyon College in Batesville, Arkansas and with high honors from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock where he was a member of the Law Review and Trial Team. He was named a “Rising Star” of the Mid-South by Super Lawyers, “Top 40 under 40” by the National Trial Lawyers, “Top 10 under 40” by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.
Outside of the practice of law, Jason serves his community as an Officer and Board Member of the Downtown Little Rock Kiwanis Club, which supports the Joseph Pfeifer Kiwanis Camp –a nationally recognized program providing mentoring and life skill training to at-risk children. Jason also serves on the Board of Trustees of Philander Smith College. Jason and his wife, Laura, have a five year-old son, Alston, and enjoy running marathons together.
