Our Information Systems Division is committed to using technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our attorneys’ practice of law.
The attorneys at Hare Wynn recognize technology as a powerful tool in today’s legal environment, and the firm continues to make substantial investments in technology to ensure that its litigation support and information systems are state-of-the-art. Our Information Systems Division provides a full range of services for our attorneys, clients, and co-counsel. By staffing and maintaining this department in-house, we are able to provide our clients the best possible support, as well as retaining valuable, experienced individuals who support our technical needs throughout the litigation process.
Document Management
Our Information Systems Division has the technology and experience to ensure that no page of discovery is left unturned. This element can be critical in large, complex litigation where millions of pages of documents are produced. Our ISD staff focuses on cost efficient solutions to the complex problems which arise in current litigation-- solutions designed and implemented to cut case expense and save valuable time in the process. We also offer our attorneys, clients and co-counsel secure, web-enabled databases so they can access important documents regardless of where they are in the world.
Multimedia Trial Support
Presentation of trial exhibits and testimony is key to a successful trial -- just ask the jury. Our Information Systems Division has experienced trial specialists who support our attorneys in trial with the latest trial presentation software. Our lawyers are thus able to prepare and present cases more effectively, and in a less expensive manner. We also have in-house video experts who create powerful "day in the life" and settlement videos for mediation. Multimedia presentations help mediators, judges and jurors understand the plight of our clients, and in turn help our attorneys win cases.
Video Conferencing
The attorneys at Hare Wynn are committed to investing in technology to save overall expense for our clients. Our in-house video-conferencing equipment allows face-to-face interaction in a cost-effective manner. This makes traveling thousands of miles for a video deposition, or hours of travel time for an expert interview, sometimes unnecessary.
